Return and refund policy

At Marseda Inc, we strive to ensure that every event is a memorable and seamless experience for our clients. If you have any concerns or issues regarding our services, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team, and we will do our utmost to address them promptly.

Cancellation Policy:

- Deposit and Payment: To secure our services for your event date, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers initial planning and preparation expenses. The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in our contract.

- Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, we may be able to provide a partial refund depending on the timing of the cancellation and the expenses already incurred.

Refund Policy:

- Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please let us know immediately, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

-Refund Requests: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the nature of the issue, the extent of our responsibility, and the timing of the request will be taken into account. Refunds, if approved, will be processed in accordance with our agreed-upon terms and may be subject to deductions for expenses already incurred.

Damages and Liability:

- Property Damage:While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and integrity of your property during our services, accidents can occasionally occur. In the event of any damage caused by our team, we will take full responsibility and work to rectify the situation promptly.

- Liability Limitation: Our liability for damages is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
